We look at it the way a specialist with 20 years of firsthand experience would: not just "does it look right" but "is this actually the best way to do this, and what might go wrong?" Most reviews are completed in one to two business days, with written feedback and recommendations delivered directly to you.
Maybe you have a bank of points you want to maximize but don't know the best way to use them. Maybe you have a destination in mind but need help turning it into an actual trip. Can you review an itinerary I booked through another agency?
Yes — absolutely. We're happy to review itineraries regardless of where they were booked. All we need is a complete written itinerary covering your flights, hotels, transfers, and any tours. Our job is to make your trip as good as it can be, regardless of who put it together.
What does "complete itinerary" mean for the Review service?
We need all your confirmed bookings in writing — flight numbers, hotel names and dates, any transfers or tours you've booked, and any travel insurance you have in place. The more detail you can share, the more thorough our review will be. We cannot review an itinerary that is still being planned or is incomplete.
Do you book anything on my behalf with either service?
No — both services are advisory only. We review or create itineraries, but all booking is done by you. If you'd like us to handle bookings as well, we offer full-service travel planning through our standard agent services.
What destinations do you cover?
We work with itineraries for destinations worldwide — Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Hawaii, domestic USA, and beyond. If you're going somewhere our team has firsthand experience with, we'll say so. If it's somewhere less familiar, we'll be honest about the limits of our firsthand knowledge while still applying our professional review process.
How do I get my review delivered?
You'll receive your itinerary review in writing via email — a detailed document covering each element of your trip with our notes, recommendations, and any concerns. If you have follow-up questions after receiving your review, our team is available to answer them.
Can I use the Itinerary Planner service if I have travel points or miles to use?
