What was your favorite thing about this trip? Was there a meal or a staff member that made the trip really memorable? *

The staff at Secrets was incredible! They were so friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of older guests that needed special accommodations, and they were quick to help them with everything. They really went out of their way to make everything romantic and special just for us. And the food at our wedding was superb.

Were there any issues that came up during your trip that we should be aware of? Is there any feedback you would like us to pass along to the hotel or resort? *

The resort is built on a very hilly property, without walking paths between areas. It was therefore necessary to get golf carts to go most places. This was a little difficult at times when the carts weren’t available and sometimes the wait to get a cart was longer than 30 minutes. This also made it difficult for older guests.

15– he was fantastic!! Totally able to deal with every type of personality with grace. When we couldn’t reach anyone at the resort, he went way out of his way to get ahold of people for us. He was always reachable. He enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams.
