| What was your favorite thing about this trip? Was there a meal or a staff member that made the trip really memorable? | Really enjoyed the small scale of Ko’a Kea, the staff was great and had great recommendations for the surrounding area! Also really enjoyed the kayak, snorkel and hike expedition that we went on! |

| Were there any issues that came up during your trip that we should be aware of? Is there any feedback you would like us to pass along to the hotel or resort? | No major issues. Catamaran trip was cut short due to lightening but we should be getting a refund (and no one can control Mother Nature). The Day at Pearl Harbor was a good overview, but we as history nerds now know we would have wanted more time to go around the tour sites ourselves. Not something we could have known before the trip. Staying at the Kahala – if we had had one more day there we would have wanted a rental car as we liked eating once at the resorts and then exploring off site. |

| On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate the overall service you received from your agent? | 9 – Lindsay was great – we had a short window to work and she was able to pull together some options for excursions and set everything up well. The excursions were great choices, as were the hotels. |
| What was your goal in hiring a travel consultant with your trip? Did we help you reach that goal? | We didn’t have time to really plan and make choices with everything else going on so it was a huge relief to have options presented and then we picked what we wanted, a huge stress relief. Thank you! |
| Was this your first experience working with a travel agency? If so, are you likely to engage our services again? | Yes, our first experience and while we love planning our own trips, I do think for a special trip in the future we might use your services again. |
| Some couples have such a great time on their honeymoon that they decide to return on their anniversary. Would you like your agent to look into return trip promos for you? | We probably won’t travel next year. 🙁 |
